Exploring Jackson Hole during the shoulder season offers a quieter, awakening world, where the melting snow reveals a landscape bursting into life as our community gears up for the summer ahead. In the Spring, Outpost offers lower booking prices, providing an ideal opportunity to experience Jackson Hole at an affordable value. We created a 4-day itinerary for your off-season trip to the Tetons, filled with a blend of adventure and local activities. Don’t forget to pack your puffy! Spring weather can be wildly unpredictable with sunny days in the 70’s or chilly temps with rain.
Day 1
Brunch on the Square
Sleep in and head to local cafe Snake River Roasting Co. for a boozy brunch. SRRC might be known for their coffee, but the food and cocktails never fail to impress. With a menu inspired by Morrocan and Filipino cuisine and a mimosa in hand, you’re sure to start your day off right. Make sure to try the Filipino Breakfast and Adobo Dip! Both pair perfectly with an Ube Latte.
Shop Spring Sales
Spring in Jackson is the perfect time to stock up before summertime. Many stores on Town Square offer major off-season sales perfect for a shopping spree. Try out Altitude for women’s wear, Bella Cose for home decor, or JD High Country for outdoor gear.
Gallery Stroll
In between shopping, stop in one of many local art galleries- theres so many to choose from! Some of our favorites include Maya Frodeman Gallery, Gallery Wild, A RARE Gallery, or Diehl.

Spend your evening at the Art Association participating in one of many art classes like pottery or drawing. There are so many drop in opportunities for visitors and locals alike for you to explore.

Grab Breakfast at Nora’s Fish Creek Inn
A Jackson Hole staple, Nora’s has been serving Teton Valley for over 40 years. Get there early to snag a table and make sure to try the famous huevos rancheros and a sourdough pancake.

Book a half day trip with a local guide and try your luck at catching some beautiful trout in the great outdoors!
Sushi Dinner
