Sundays can sometimes be stressful as the weekend winds down and thoughts of the workweek settle in. This can be more prevalent in the winter months as the days start to fade as early as 5pm.
No matter the weather, a late afternoon stroll is always welcome. To be able to get outside, breath some fresh air, stretch those legs, and gather your thoughts ahead of an exhausting workweek can do wonders.
It allows me to regroup and be able to start the workweek on the right footing.
