Welcome to Cottonwood 522; a renovated and luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1135 square-foot condo located in the Aspens neighborhood. This property has been professionally decorated with high-end finishes throughout. The inviting living area features an electric ambient fireplace, perfect for relaxing by after a day on the slopes or on chilly summer evenings. The kitchen features updated appliances and is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

The queen guest bedroom is located on the main level of the home, with an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom along with a small sitting area. Please note that the far bedroom wall by the sitting area is open to the main living room, which will allow some noise transfer. A privacy shade has been installed in the overlooking window overlooking the living room from the primary bedroom. The living room also provides a twin daybed that can be used as additional sleeping space.

This home is nestled in the Aspens, a neighborhood conveniently situated between picturesque Grand Teton National Park and the charming town of Jackson. In winter months, the renowned Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a mere ten-minute drive or START Bus ride away. Come summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the national park is just a short five-mile jaunt away. Additionally, relish the convenience of having a variety of shops, restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a quaint local market right at the entrance to The Aspens. Your dream Wyoming getaway awaits!

Other Things to Note

While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Nevertheless, thanks to our elevated location and the temperate mountain climate, you'll discover that indoor temperatures can be managed effectively by following the guidelines outlined in the guest portal provided upon booking.

This unit is located on the second floor of the complex. Stairs will be required to access the unit and will be required once inside to access the primary bedroom.
