Guest Relations
We are looking to expand our Guest Relations team. This position handles all communication with guests, from selecting the right home for their vacation, to assisting throughout their stay, and beyond. Maintenance Technician
Outpost is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for performing day to day maintenance tasks in our rental properties to ensure our standards of quality and the safety and enjoyment of our guests and homeowners.
Duties:
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks in all Outpost properties (ex. touch up paint, grout repairs, replacing light bulbs, furniture assembly, TV installation, repairing window treatments, and more).
- Assist in checking electrical systems such as HVAC controls and filters, television sets, lighting systems.
- Refurbish furniture and fixtures and common areas such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows counters.
- Identify problems and/or repairs throughout the properties that are necessary to complete.
- Communicate effectively across all departments to provide details of all repairs and tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Certification and/or experience in building/carpentry and/or maintenance-related fields required.
- Must be able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter with a high attention to detail and excellent time management/organizational skills.
